Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the product in its original box, ensuring it is at least 75% full and includes all original components.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
